What are the minimum volume requirements?

The reseller program starts at 50 seats. Volume pricing tiers unlock at 100, 250, 500, and 1000+ seats with progressively better wholesale rates.

Can I set my own pricing?

Yes. You purchase at wholesale rates and set your own retail pricing. There are no restrictions on your markup or pricing model — monthly, annual, or custom terms.

How does customer support work?

You can provide Tier 1 support to your customers and escalate to our dedicated reseller support team for Tier 2/3 issues. We also offer fully managed support as an optional add-on.
